Twin Eagles 36" Pinnacle Grill with Infrared Rotisserie

For a touch of class and panache in the garden and out on the deck, Dante Cantal has come up with the Twin Eagles Grills based on his cooking systems he’s developed for leading hotels and restaurants. Dante’s attention to detail, highly functional designs and focus on extremely high quality manufacturing and materials has catapulted Twin Eagles grills to the top of the stainless steel BBQ grill market.

The Twin Eagles 36” Pinnacle Freestanding Grill comes with an infrared rotisserie, storage drawers and a hood assist system. The Pinnacle Series is the flagship line of the Twin Eagles range though the 30” is at the small end of the line with up to 42” versions together with a wide range of accessories including a wet bar and freestanding prep station.

The grill itself has hexagonal grates which are excellent for marking the meat with BBQ sear marks; the briquettes are ceramic and there is also a thermometer, lighting system and the Hood Assist System makes man-handling the grill a simple exercise without the fuss. Below the cooking area is a storage unit where you can place the trash and other grilling accessories with a choice of layout options available. One thing I noticed about the Twin Eagles series is you can customize the layout and setup to suit your own taste and needs – another testament to a highly functional design with the user in mind.

The grill in action is a real eye-opener; the hexagonal grates with ceramic briquettes ensure more heat comes into contact with the food but the heat is distributed much more evenly. Flare ups are a thing of the past but you do have to watch out for oil and grease build-up but nothing that a routine clean after use will not deal with. We cooked tuna, steak, ribs and chicken on the sample along with a variety of vegetables and we ate a hearty meal – the Twin Eagles Pinnacle 36” cooks food to perfection and you really can’t mess it up.
